Kate Masters many visits to Carnac as a child stemmed a lifelong obsession with megaliths.  She attended Cheltenham art foundation  course and  went on to do a degree at Edinburgh college of art.  She has since exhibited her artwork around Britain and continues to be inspired by megalithic themes.

Kate is the curator of the Megalithomania conference art-gallery in Glastonbury, which she has also lectured at.  She now lectures around Britain, writes articles for magazines, travels the world extensively investigating ancient sites and most recently renovated a seventeenth century barn in the Mayenne area of France.  She is a founder member of The Antiquarian Society.
